Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory (MLEI)

The Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory (MLEI) is one of the most revealing “inner-core” leadership assessments that exist in the marketplace today. It is the strength, vibrancy and maturity of a leader’s character, self-concept, values, thinking patterns and emotional make-up (inner-core) that determines their success in the “outer-core” (skills and competencies). In other words, success as a leader starts with greatness in the “inner-core”.

Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360 (STLI-360)

The Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360 (STLI-360) is the Mattone Method research-based 360 which measures the strength and vibrancy of nine of your outer-core (i.e., leadership skills and competencies such as strategic thinking, critical thinking, team leadership, etc., that I have found to predict leadership success. I OPT® is the name of a assessment tool that measures information processing preferences. This matters because information processing elections are entirely symbolic (i.e., contains no bio-chemical elements inherent in the "feelings" used by alternative methods).

Succession Cultural Index (SCI)

The Mattone Method has produced John’s Succession Cultural Index (SCI) that will help you and your organization benchmark the effectiveness of your current succession processes and tools.
